will empower your core and upper body as well.
1. WATERBEAT POWER UP
A great and energizing workout which will help you strengthen and empower your upper-body. By using hand paddles to increase water resistance you will reach a sustained arm exercises to keep the heart rate elevated. This class will leave you feeling resilient and spent at the same time by the big amount of calories you will burn.
2. WATERBEAT CARDIO
An energetic workout that burns calories, that restarts the metabolism and helps slimming. Accompanied by music, you will alternate between intense work moments and lighter periods, in a varied, dynamic and enjoyable training session.
3. WATERBEAT SCULPT
A complete workout, that alternates between work on the bike to exercises with gym equipment off the saddle. It is the perfect mix of cardio training, toning and interval training, to reach the best shape and sculpt every muscle in the body.
4. WATERBEAT LOW-BODY
A lesson specifically studied to tone, reinforce and slim legs and gluts, with different sequences on the bike and exercises that model the lower body.
